“REFER 5 DRIVERS AND ENTER TO WIN AN IPHONE 17”

Promoter: URBAN APP

Campaign Period

June 22, 2026 through July 30, 2026.

1. PURPOSE

The purpose of this campaign is to encourage the growth of the URBAN APP partner driver network through referrals of qualified new drivers.

2. ELIGIBILITY

This campaign is open to partner drivers who:

• Have an active and approved account on the URBAN APP platform by July 25, 2026;
• Are in good standing with the platform;
• Fully accept these Terms and Conditions;
• Have successfully completed at least one passenger-requested trip through the URBAN platform.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

To participate, a driver must refer new drivers to register on the URBAN APP platform.

Referrals will be considered valid only if the referred driver:

• Completes the registration process;
• Submits all required documentation;
• Is approved by the URBAN APP validation team;
• Successfully completes at least one passenger-requested trip through the URBAN platform.

The participant must obtain a minimum of five (5) approved drivers during the campaign period.

4. DRAWING ELIGIBILITY

Upon reaching a minimum of five (5) approved drivers, the participant will receive one (1) entry into the prize drawing.

For every additional group of five (5) approved drivers, the participant will receive one (1) additional entry.

Example:

• 5 approved referrals = 1 entry
• 10 approved referrals = 2 entries
• 15 approved referrals = 3 entries

And so on.

5. PRIZE

The prize consists of:

One (1) brand-new Apple iPhone 17, factory sealed.

If the iPhone 17 is unavailable at the time of delivery, URBAN APP reserves the right to substitute it with a comparable model or a gift card of equivalent value.

6. DRAWING DATE

The drawing will take place on July 30, 2026.

The time, location, and format of the drawing will be announced in advance through URBAN APP’s official communication channels.

7. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

The winner’s name may be announced through URBAN APP’s official channels, including:

• URBAN App
• WhatsApp
• Instagram
• Facebook
• Official Website

8. DISQUALIFICATION

Participants may be disqualified if they:

• Provide false or misleading information;
• Submit duplicate registrations;
• Attempt to manipulate or fraudulently influence the referral process;
• Violate any URBAN APP policies or terms of service.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Participation in this campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

URBAN APP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this campaign at any time due to operational requirements, fraud, legal obligations, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

All decisions made by URBAN APP regarding matters not specifically addressed in these Terms and Conditions shall be final and binding.
